As we are now halfway through the novel, I would like us to reflect on a few of our earlier thoughts. Please take a few moments to answer the following questions. For ALL of the questions, please explain why you think what you do and what examples from the book help prove your point...

a) Who do you now think poses the biggest threat to Amy and Dan? If your opinion has changed, what has changed it, if not why not?
b) Why do you think every team is specifically targeting Amy and Dan? What do you think is so special about them?
c) Of the two main characters, Amy and Dan, who are you most alike (this is not a gender question but a personality question). What things about the character do you relate to?
d) Make a prediction for what will happen in Paris. Who will the children turn to for help, what do you think Benjamin Franklin left there, what other dangerous things might befall the children?

ReplyDeleteI think that the man in black is the biggest threat because he is always fallowing them. The man in black is also triing to blow them up.

I think that i am most like dan because i like to collect things and i am good at math .
I think that they will turn to the baby sitter for help because she is a lot older. I also think that they will find the glasses that ben made.
a] i think ollister oh is probably the biggest threat to dan and amy because he stole the book and know the kids dont know anything.

c] i relate to dan because im good at finding the small stuff like when he fund the entrance i could find that to if i was there.
d] i think benjamin franklin left his glasses at the bell tower in a brick because he helped make the bell

a) my opinion has changed i used to think that alistair oh was the biggest threat i changed it know i think that irina spasky and the cabras are know the biggest threat to amy and dan.

c)i think that I'm more like amy because she is more of a book person and she stutters when she's nervous and i do that to.
d)i think that amy and dan will get closer to finding the clue in paris and nellie will probably leave and amy and dan will have to survive on there own.

The man in the black suit because he tried to kill them by blowing them up.I think that all teams are trying to eliminate dan and amy because they knew more about there grandma than the rest of them.I also think they are so special because they are so smart and they can get through it all if they are lucky.I am mostly like dan because i love books that is what me and dan have in common.I think that when they get to paris they are going to get attacked again. the children will turn to mollie for help. ben franklin will leave that music player there the other players

I think that the person that the person that poses the biggest threat to amy and dan is the guy in the black suit.. I think this because he burnt down the Amy's and Dan's house, and did allot of other very scary things. I think it was really bad to try to burn down the museum.
ReplyDeleteI think that the team is specifically targeted because they might know something that the people who are looking for them have been looking for many years. I think that what is so special about them is that the glasses that they have have a map hidden in them.
I am more like dan because I am very intelegent and mart and i am very good at math.

C.I am like both of them becuse like amu i like to read and like dan i am like just out there and i dont care what people think of me and i collect a lot of weird things.
D. I think that the kids will come close to death and they and they will turn to there nanny for help. And Benjamin Franklin left a letter there and they will come close to dyihg.
